Eaton’s Hydraulics division is currently seeking a Master Scheduler to join our team.
This position is based at our Queretaro facility.
The is responsible for Balance demand & supply at the aggregate volume level at the detailed mix level to cover Sales forecasted.Develop the master production plan to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory.Develop Master Production Schedule based on WO system to prepare requirements for manufactured parts. Schedule & Coordinate finish goods shipments for Customers.Follow-up of shipments, Make sure all ASN´s have been sent, work with Customer Service team.

Some activities related with the position will be:
Receive and analyze customer demand. Daily manner reviews all Open Order Report for validate the due dates, requirements and part numbers required
The Master Scheduler will notify Customer Service when delay to customer requirements is probable. The reason for delay and expected recovery date is to be provided.
Review and evaluate sales order change requests for approval and system update.
Send the Shipping plan to Warehouse team (Shipping area) & Maintain customer systems (if is applicable).
Confirm and Release Work Orders to cover Demand, based on Open Order Report, validate schedule per model plant policy,
Daily manner Master Scheduler must validate Work Orders released are issued and delivered in the shop floor
The master scheduler will manually manage the work orders. MRP will handle the work orders outside of the time fence.
Tracking the Work Order performance with QAD reports, Qlick View and Shop floor
Capacity Evaluation. The master scheduler reviews all master scheduled items to ensure that the work orders are loaded close to but not to exceed maximum demonstrated capacity.
Ensure accuracy of MRP system. Perform Item Review. Create and maintain a list of items in the ERP system each month. All master scheduled items will consist of end item manufactured parts.
Validate and update planning parameters for each MPS item. Review manufacturing lead times for accuracy.
Review in Monthly and weekly manner the OEM & Service platform or production lines forecast to ensure it is up to date with current forecast and aligned to the overall plant strategy.
Weekly Forecast review to validate any risk to cover Open Order report , Monitor Sales in daily basis
Weekly manner review the MPS/ WO schedule and evaluate capacity, supply dates, and other throughput issues to re-schedule work order and sales order due dates.
The Master Scheduler is responsible for running reports for critical Action Message Codes on OEM & SERVICE items and making the proper decision and adjustments in the ERP system to maximize on-time delivery and inventory and operation efficiency.
Perform plan review on each item to identify risk in achieving on-time delivery, as part of the review, the master scheduler will take action on all critical action messages daily.
Perform Overall Demand Management for MPS Items
Create a rolling 3-month Master Production Plan for designated products Customer’s requirements
Analyze and identify risks associated with the Master Production Plan, including manufacturing lead times, shortage parts
Monitor inventory levels to ensure plant inventory objectives are met; Manage phase in/phase out to avoid obsolete material
Support to Areas as required (Quality, Eng, Production, Projects, etc.)
Drive continuous improvements & Participation in CI events
Monitor daily production ( track open order status through production, shipping, and delivery)
Support the S&OP process to review demand, service levels, performance against schedule, inventory strategy, supply plan to meet demand, and resource implications.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Engineering or similar
- MFG Pro Advanced
- Strong Negotiations skills
- ERP Planning skills (preferably MFG/Pro)
- English Intermediate
Experience using MRP / ERP systems, especially Advance Planning Systems
Technical knowledge of BOM, schedule execution, and inventory management
BMW. Chrysler, Mopar, GM, AUDI & Ford rating systems and disputing process
- APICS training Desirable
2 to 3 Years’ experience as master scheduler and/or materials planner
