  • Create Rolling Forecast, Sales Plan and Strat Plan with getting the supports of all VG Japan functions

  • Achieve or over perform the sales target with margin control responsibility

  • Lead, identify and drive growth initiatives with respective account managers, global product groups and regional teams in line with Strat plan and strategies

  • Identify/Create Strategy for future growth and drive/coordinate the whole team in line with the strategy

  • Identify/Administrate Growth Target/Development and evaluate the achievement every year

  • Maintain/Develop close contacts with manager to executive levels of customers

  • Create necessary reports upon requests by senior management of the region and global product groups

  • Build organizational capability toward the vision in balance with budget and market/customer needs

  • Lead/drive motivation/excellent outputs of the whole team

  • Maximize synergy of all the functions by continuous improvement of process/system of whole VG Japan team

  • Manage Japan corporate matters in Eaton Japan GK under Eaton Japan country GM.

Qualifications

  • Literacy on MS office SW
  • Excellent Communication (in writing/speaking) in English and Japanese
  • Must be able to lead own team and other functions toward success
  • Minimum 10 years of Sales & Marketing experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of General Management experience
  • Experience in Automotive and/or Truck industry is needed
  • Financial experience and knowledge is a plus
