This position is to align the delivery of HR programs to the sales strategy across Crouse Hinds EMEAI, partnering with the Sales Director. Working with the Sales Director and wider HR community, the role is accountable for defining and executing on the people related elements of the strategy principally around organisation design, talent development and change management.

 

The role will need to add value to the existing HR structure at the local level through alignment on Sales priorities, provide a broader perspective of changes in Sales and be the key link in driving synergy and best practice.

 

Your key deliverables :

 

  • Lead on EMEAI change programs applicable to the Sales function, principally around organisation

    design and how work is undertaken within the function. Support these programs through the        development of critical behaviours in the Sales function in conjunction with HRMs

  • As part of the organisation design program, the incumbent will need to be comfortable in delivering change programs, remove inefficient and non-value add processes, address the effectiveness of the total reward strategy for the commercial group, build the talent strategy for sales and enhance leadership capability around growth

  • The role will own the sales talent agenda and delivery of results against it, including the development of key capabilities aligned to the functional strategy, drive a robust cadence that tracks and measures the effectiveness of programs, deliver against succession planning for key roles

  • Be the conduit to the HR community for the Sales leader in EMEAI, plus network into the wider Eaton corporation relevant to Sales especially on talent development and the associated programs

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience HR professional with a generalist background and exposure to working with commercial teams

  • Experience of organisation design and change leadership

  • Ability to identify and deploy a comprehensive talent strategy across multiple geographies, cultures and product lines

  • Full employee life cycle HR knowledge and experience across European countries

  • Ability to work through complexity and in a large global business environment

  • Work independently as well as cross functionally

  • Knowledge of the interpretation of laws, regulations and standards, and enforcement, compensation and labour law.

  • Ability to identify workable and realistic solutions

  • Personal traits: Engaging, creative, determined, focused collaborator

  • Core skills: Planning, attention to detail, resourceful, action orientated
