Logistics Clerks - (EILP Warehouse / Shipping)
We are seeking a Logistics Clerk with Fork Lift Truck to join Havant Plant within the EILP Warehouse / Shipping area on apermanent basis.

The primary function of this role is to ensure that goods are received, checked, stored and delivered to the appropriate locations and to ensure that customers receive the correct products quickly and with zero damage and errors. To identify and accept the appropriate goods, liaising with carriers, suppliers and internal customers as appropriate
Typical work activities include:, but are not limited to:


  • Handle material for shipping and goods in and complete all related activities.


  • Goods in –

  • Unload truck

  • Check packaging and state of the delivery

  • Check physical delivery against paperwork (quantities/Part Numbers)

  • Book in MFG-Pro/RF Express/Use ASN

  • Put Stock away

  • Deal with account queries/File documentation

  • Investigate stock differences/Raise discrepancy reports


  • Shipping –

  • Prepare shipments based on pre-shipper

  • Check packaging and state of delivery

  • Check physical delivery against paperwork (quantities/Part Numbers)

  • Load truck

  • Confirm shippers

  • Compliant to 5S

  • Compliant to H&S requirements

  • Any other reasonable request


To succeed in this role, applicants will:
  • Certificate in Counterbalance/Reach Fork Lift Truck License/drive side-loader/predestrian stacker
  • use of safety knife/hammer/tin snip
  • Understanding of MFG-Pro/RF Express
  • Ability to work within a team and cross functional teams
  • Analytical and organised
  • Good communication skills
  • Have a good understanding of Customer Satisfaction
  • Be willing to take on challenges of a busy production department
  • Possess drive and enthusiasm to help meet monthly production targets
  • Demonstrate PC skills
