Job Description

  • Programming, setting and operating Resistance Welder.

  • Programming, setting and operating EB Welder and producing test pieces. 

  • Understand methods of fabrication welding

  • You may have to from time to time produce parts from non-established manufacturing documentation, but the majority of the time will need to adhere to internal procedures and paperwork.

  • Able to interpret Engineering drawings.

  • To be able to demonstrate that you have experience in problem solving and root cause analysis activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Apprenticeship or 3 years’ experience of welding or working within a similar manufacturing environment.

  • Good Level of English and Maths.

  • Technical aerospace knowledge would be advantageous.
