Import and Export Analyst

Eaton’s Eletrical division is currently seeking an Import and Export Analyst to join our team. This position is based in Cuautitlan

The major roles of the Import & Export Analyst are import and export the material for the plant Cuautitlan – Eaton assurance the deliveries on time through all the customs and to maintain the follow up of each shipment and update compliance documents to reflect current regulatory requirements and procedures. As a result of their work, the Customs Coordinator ensures Eaton’s import and export operations operate smoothly and are incompliance with customs regulations.The Analyst of customs make the reports of different areas and other administrative functions as: record keeping, internal audit, direct contact to Customs Brokers, reports and support to C-TPAT and OEA compliance, reports and support to 24/31/ Annex and VAT Certification.

The Import and Export Analyst will be also responsible of:

A. Shipments of import and export of AH / CWD sites.

B. Fixed Asset of Eaton Cuautitlan.

C. Review operation paperwork (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, purchase order, origin

certificates).

D. Filled up reports to operation.

E. Trade compliance issues.

F. Review and approval of invoices issued by customs agents and other third parties.

G. Follow up on inventory differences with intercompany suppliers (In transit).

H. Support the finance team in the operations report for VAT recovery.

Qualifications

Bachelor´s Degree in International Trade/ International Business

Knowledge Mexican customs legislation of Import /Export
