Be responsible for providing full life cycle recruiting support, from intake meeting to close the vacancy, including job briefing, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering; as Talent Acquisition Partner to drive success together with business;

 
  • Build and maintain strong partnership with internal clients; Partner with local business stakeholders to take focused and proactive recruiting actions;
  • Provide talent market insight and constructive advice in hiring activities;
  • Identify, attract, and present professional level candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing channels, including but not limited to job boards, social media, agency, employee referral, direct sourcing etc;
  • Proactively communicate and provide update to hiring team on status and move on recruiting progress
  • Keep engaging candidates throughout process and provide feedback timely; ensure positive candidate experience;
  • Build and maintain talent database
  • Ensure accuracy of the complete hiring process within the applicant tracking system (Taleo). Prepare the regular and ad hoc recruiting reports;
  • Coach and help junior members and sourcers
  • Other ad hoc recruiting projects or work assigned by manager;

Qualifications

Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree and above;
  • 5 to 8 yrs recruitment experience in MNC environment; or experience to support MNC in leading recruitment agency; Strong passion to talent acquisition
  • Good English skill in both written and oral;
  • Proactive and quick response;
  • Good communication skill in both written and oral
  • Strong influence and negotiation skill;
  • Strong sense of priority and risk management
  • Sense on driving customer success and satisfaction;
