  • Manage sales offices, including making budget, control cost, vendor management, contract renewal, daily office maintenance, purchase and payment, company licenses renewal and management, etc.;

  • Organize sales events, including yearly sales meeting (big event and big project) ,regular sales management review meeting , team activity.

  • Support HR manager to work on SIP project: prepare SIP letters, collect sales performance from Finance and Commercial team, adjust sales performance per sales need, consolidate SIP basic information, provide daily consultancy and communication to sales.

  • Coordinate Sales trainings: cross team coordination with EU/PM/MKT team to leverage resources,  training logistics,  on-site coordination,   after-training follow-up.

  • Other HR job, e.g. on-boarding and off-boarding process, employee certificate, bi-monthly newsletter, etc.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor degree on Management related or English
  • 3-4 years working experience as HR/admin or sales support related

  • Fluent in both written and oral English
  • Be detail-oriented and efficient, quick response
  • Understand business language, have the experience of working with sales team
