Eaton’s Eletrical division is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist Sr. to join our team. This position is based in Cuautitlan
The Human Resources Generalist Sr. is responsible of the Recruitment and selection of hourly and salary positions, support and coordinate the facility’s training and development programs, develop the communication plan of the site and give support in the Wellness initiatives.
The Human Resources Generalist Sr. will be also responsible of:
Lead the facility’s Talent Acquisition functions for Salary and Hourly job levels and will also help ensure that the selection process is effective in selecting high quality candidates and meets and exceeds Eaton’s standards.
Administers and coordinate the facility’s training and development programs for hourly and salary employees including the Eaton New Hire Orientation and On-Boarding Programs.
Elaborate communication supports to help managers and employees understand HR tools and processes and organization changes.
Coordinate Monthly Plant Wide Meeting for the three shifts. (meeting, presentation, assistance control)
- Support the facility’s Community Service Plan to promote positive community relations.
Support the facility’s special events program.
Support the Human Resources Supervisor in the establishment of the Eaton culture (Employee survey / HR Operating Review, leadership model, wellness committee etc.)
Be part of the Wellness team in order to deploy the initiatives and programs, Collaborate with the EHS team in the Audit Process from Corporate.
Active participation in continues improvements programs and committees.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field from an accredited institution required.
Excellent English/Spanish communication skills
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition Processes
Experience in Training Process and Skills Matrix
Knowledge of Training compliance in STPS
Good management of communication programs and employee services.
Minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience in a large manufacturing facility (300+ employees) required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
