We are looking for a CBI Sales Manager in Eaton’s electrical business, based in Makati City.   • Introduce competitive Busmann fuse products to Philippine market

  • Establish Fuse business in Philippine

Your essential responsibilities:

  • Achieve CBI sales target

  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly sales target and margin control

  • Manage existing sales channel, support and lead partner to grow business

  • Establish new sales channel

  • Maintain key account (APC) business and Utility/Panel builder / OEM / business focusing

  • Responsible for commercial and industrial projects focusing, EV projects focusing

  • Analyze the Philippine power distribution business and able to launch new products in Philippine market

  • Conduct market price analysis and competitor product analysis

  • Design in and spec in Bussmann fuse products to projects; directly to end user or manufacturer and indirectly through partners to end user or manufacturer

Qualifications

If you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Electrical Engineering

  • Ability to read plans and specifications

  • 5+ years related experience in sales or related role within the industry

  • Knowledge of industrial control products and automation/applications, preferably fuse and breaker application knowledge

  • Knowledge of Codes and Standards

  • Fluent in written and oral English

  • Initiative and positive

  • Be able to work under pressure
