Eaton’s Aerospace Fuel Motion Control Systems division is currently seeking a Team Lead – Digital Platform Representative to join our team. This position is based at our Fort Worth, Texas facility.

 

The Team Lead – Digital Platform Representative is responsible for optimizing efficiency and productivity of the Center in the assigned area of responsibility (data management).  In this role, you will be responsible for managing Center data platforms to include PDH, Order Center, and all digital experiences for our Customers. The position will oversee a team of Data Analysts as well as Product Support Analysts.

In this function you will:
 
  • Achieve customer expectations, department and divisional goals and objectives

  • Identify, communicate, and publish Center and customer wins to the organization.

  • Drive usage of Remedy knowledge articles

  • Drive product improvement through Tech Service notifications of failure trends

  • Drive regular and constant process improvement

  • Build organizational capability through meaningful coaching sessions and developing talent

  • Interface directly with Customer Support Manager in areas of team performance, customer survey input, call performance, training, and other      Center operational matters.

  • Identify training targets and training needs within the Center

  • Provide input on new products and systems, or current product improvements and system enhancements, representing voice of customer and  OEM facilities with respect to design, performance, parts availability, and serviceability.

  • Identify, communicate, and resolve gaps within the infrastructure to support our customers and products.

  • Drive cost avoidance opportunities by proactively streamlining strategies and communicating the most efficient plans.

  • Manage Order Center, PDH, and all digital platforms to ensure our Customer Experience is World Class and Industry Leading

  • Manage and improve data systems. Apply a CI culture within the Center. Responsible for establishing and maintaining Center Metrics to drive for improvements.

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or 7 years of Data Management experience.

  • 5 years of Data Management experience.

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without out company sponsorship, now or in the future.

  • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

 
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree from an accredited institution.

  • 7 years of Data Management experience.

  • 5 years of Aerospace industry.
