This exciting role will provide support for Eaton’s production Enterprise Identity & Access Management (EIAM) services.  Key characteristics of the role include working and collaborating directly with end users of the EIAM system and connected systems, the enterprise service desk team, EIAM support team members, EIAM architects, and other Eaton IT support teams on more advanced EIAM issues; effectively and efficiently resolving or escalating submitted support issues, within established SLA targets and to the satisfaction of the customer(s).; performing Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management activities within the guidelines of IT Service Management processes.  Must be self-directed, make quality decisions, need little supervision, deal with ambiguity and solve problems effectively, and be interested in advancing the current capabilities with relevant and practical ideas.


Your essential responsibilities:

 

A.  Investigates, analyzes, diagnoses, and recovers from Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) application related Incidents, performs Root Cause Analysis, and executes the standard Problem Management process.


 B.  Operates in an (OIM) development role in response to project needs and enhancement requests


C.  Interacts directly with internal customers while maintaining the highest degree of customer service.


 D.  Interacts with other IT support teams, including key suppliers, to collaborate on issue resolution and to escalate when appropriate.


 E.  Maintains issue and resolution information within the service desk database.


 F.  Maintains in-depth knowledge and understanding of the solution architecture. Contributes to and maintains the base of EIAM knowledge through documenting and updating internal procedures and technical specifications, such as architectural diagrams, design documents, and process-related materials.


 G.  Evaluates, tests, and installs patches in multiple environments (development, QA, production).


 H.  Assists in disaster recovery/business continuity tests and documentation.


 I. Provides maintenance support of the EIAM request catalog, roles, and rules.


 J.  Support access provisioning and certification processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.


 K.  Maintains relevant skills through education and training opportunities and programs and stays current with industry trends.


Qualifications

Requirement:

  • Any  Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution
  • 5 Plus  years of related IT experience within some or all of the following areas:
  • J2EE Application Architecture, Deployment Methodologies ,
  • WebLogic Managed Server, SOA Administration
  • LDAP knowledge (OUD, OVD preferred)
  • Basic Linux system administration, database administration
  • Identity Management system
  • ITIL knowledge/certification is preferred but not required
  • Experience in Oracle Identity Manager System Administration
  • Experience in Oracle Identity Manager and Oracle Access Manager End User Administration
  • Experience in OAM Policy and Resource Administration
  • Experience in Oracle Databases
