The International Trade Compliance Leader leads the mains lighting international customer care process as part of the lighting customer care function. You will be managing all aspects of the process from order entry through to shipment paperwork and tracking including management of letters of credit. You will be working closely with internal departments - International Sales, Supply Chain, Production and distribution and also customers. You will manage the team's workload to ensure on time delivery and excellent customer service for the end use whilst balancing service against cost.
What are we looking for?
GCSE C's or above, degree preferable or equivalent experience
International Customer management, trade management experience
Leadership skills, people management skills,
Effective communication, planning and organisational skills
