Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Supervisor-Production to join our team. This position is based at our Juarez facility
The Supervisor-Production is responsible for execute production initiatives and support operational programs, such as projects and redesigns, oriented towards achieving the objectives of the plant.

Some activities related with the position will be:
Monitor and track processes focused on achieving the customer service meters (fill rate, on time), rotation, scrap, absenteeism, and production levels.
Maintain expenditures of the area within the budgets allocated for the use of tools and material.
Develop a pleasant and friendly atmosphere based on timely communication and recognition of good performance.
Support for new projects and redesigns focus on continuous improvement processes.
Keep records in writing or in electronic form for disciplinary or coaching actions.
Manage through the training department training needs and training for personal or area.
Operate their areas in strict accordance with our quality system and within the established requirements and standards of ISO9002-14001.
Manage and drive continuous improvement of product delivery system ( PDS ) through the use of VSM and other associated lean tools as appropriate.
Drive the reduction of quality escapes, re-work and scrap in production areas through root cause activities.
Insure employee safety in day to day production activities by adhiring to established safety guidelines and policies. In addition to:
Perform routine rounds in the area to identify areas of opportunities for security.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
3 years’ experience in similar position.
Promotion untitled and based on academic results, age and process knowledge.
Communication and Leadership skills.
Knowledge of general computer packages.
- Managing under stressful conditions.
- Project implementation and monitoring.
- Conducting informational meetings.
Adherence and support to corporate and local HR policies and Eaton ethics guidelines.
- Adherence and support to EHS policies.
Support to maintain S.A.A for the care of the environment.
- Comply to any activities related to EHS.
- Report any detected unsafe work conditions.
