  1. Take firmware development tasks of power related products.
  2. Optimization design to enhance the competitiveness of power product.
  3. Analyse and solve problems found in test/customer site to ensure or even accelerate development progress.
  4. Communicate with engineers abroad for project development
  5. Contribute innovation idea to enhance products leader position
  6. Legacy products firmware sustaining and quality improvement


  1. MS degree in related field with 2~3years experience, BS degree in related field with 3~5years experience from similar product development areas(solar inverter, UPS…)
  2. Familiar with knowledge of common power electronics topology.
  3. Experienced in the at least 1 following areas
  4. Power products timing or communication design & development
  5. Power products digital control design & development
  6. Proficient with C/C++, assembly language
  7. object oriented design experience is preferred.
  8. Good English speaking and writing
  9. Good communication skills and collaborative style
  10. Capable of working efficiently under high pressure
