Supplier Quality Engineer

·         Develop, implement, and continue to improve the effectiveness of supplier quality management process;


·         Measure and report supplier quality performance and lead the actions to work on worst performing quality and continue to improve supplier’s performance;


·         Train, lead and facilitate supplier on problem solving and stop repeated issue by correct action;


·         Plan and improve incoming inspection of supplied parts;


·         Data summary and analysis


·         Work with SCM for supplier’s advance Quality planning activities for new developed projects;


·         Supplier site PPAP, owner for annual plan &audits and suppliers’ PPAP release;


·         Other jobs assigned by manager;



·         Bachelor’s degree and above with major in plastic molding Engineering or related majors;


·         At least 5 years ‘experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industry and supplier management;


·         Familiar with quality system and supplier development & improvement;


·         Knowledge in data analysis.


·         Statistical supplier process control capability;     


·         Good interpersonal and communication skills    


·         Drawing reading skill


·         Good English reading and writing and speaking is necessary;
