Eaton’s Corporate division is currently seeking a HRS Administration Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Queretaro office.

The HRS Administration Analyst is responsible for deploying, maintaining and providing advice & guidance to management and employees on a wide variety of human resources company policy & procedures, terms of employment, and legislation and support the HR business units at the HR Services in Mexico to meet and exceed business objectives while driving functional excellence.

Some activities related with the position will be:

  • Support HR transactions in the HR System (e.g. hiring,changes on employee's profile terms, transfers)

  • Assist on Mass updates through the HR system:  training, department changes, grade changes, etc.

  • Follow-up on the Onboarding process to ensure effective communications with all parties involved (Local HR, hiring manager, New Employee)

  • Ensure HR receives new hire paperwork (confidentiality agreements, contract, etc.)  and in a timely manner

  • Day 1 Orientation instructions to candidate

  • Translations of HR documents
  • Generates reports from HR information systems

  • Process new hire entries in the HR system within the service level agreements.

  • Ensure employee referral is completed by the vendor.

  • Provide support to HR business partners on immigration processes

  • Execute other duties as assigned.

  • Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton Philosophy & Values.

  • Maintain safe, clean working environment in compliance with all Eaton safety standards, Life Saving Rules, and daily 5S+ requirements to help build a Zero Incident Culture.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or related areas.

  • 2+ years of experience in HR
  • Experience with various softwares and/or productivity tools, (i.e Oracle HR Cloud solution, Column IT case management, Taleo, Outlook, etc.)

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Very good understanding of reports generation in support of trend analysis and decision-making

  • Advance English
