  • Manages the Profit and Loss of the NPD projects. Responsibility, Authority and Accountability (RAA) for project scope delivery and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments.
  • Execute IPT leadership across the Project(s). develops schedules and updates the schedule on a regular basis. Identify milestones and critical path to ensure controls are in place to support Baselines Management.
  • Maintains projects/programs updates, artifacts, metrics, and Rolling Action Item List to support PROLaunch Phase Gates, Baseline Change Management, Project Management Reviews, and Integrated Project Team meetings.
  • Manages effective program communications.  Improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements.  Manage customer expectations and commitments internal to the business.
  • Ensure standard project management processes are utilized and adequate support to the project team by coordinating PM reviews, preparing & publishing PM metrics and reports.
  • Manages/ Coordinates cross functions resources and conflicts, efficiently utilize resources and continue to improve productivity.
  • Manages risks and requirements of the project through effective planning, controlling, integrating all project activities and deliverables and measuring all elements to ensure the requirements and goals are successfully achieved. 
  • Manages/ Coordinates cross functions resources and conflicts, efficiently utilize resources and continue to improve productivity.
  • Provides periodic project updates (Program Status Report – Green/Yellow/Red) of current situation relating to projects milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule).  Provides updates to CPS PMO leader as well as Business units.


  •  Bachelors degree of Engineering required; Master of Engineering or Business degree preferred
  • 4-6 years’ experience in Electrical New Product Development Program Management; or Engineering and/or marketing sales projects managements
  • Developing to fully demonstrating in Program and Project Management methodologies, processes and tools
  •  Leadership skills - capability to lead change and motivate an Integrated Team (IPT) for project objectives achievement
  • Experienced in Risk Management
  • Good communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management team
  • Good analytical skills and business acumen
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation (PMP) or equivalent highly recommended
