Manage the supplier quality function in the effort to develop, implement, and maintain world-class quality results that ensure supplier quality results meet goal - including recovery of cost related to poor quality.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical or other approved discipline.
Three years minimum manufacturing or quality experience with a knowledge of blueprint reading, statistical methods, problem solving, industry quality standards, and continuous improvement tools.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques and processes.
Knowledge of automotive quality standards and tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 8Ds, SPC.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Measurement methodology knowledge.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Technical report writing skills.
