Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Finance Director Mexico & LatAm to join our team. This position is based at our Iztapalapa’s Office.
The Finance Director Mexico & LatAm is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the financial functions of the entities of the Latin American region, including Accounting, Costs, Financial Planning and Analysis, Comptroller's Office, Accounts Receivable and Treasury; to ensure proper management of economic resources and adequate protection of assets.

Some activities related with the position will be:
Participate in the management of the business, monitoring, analyzing and interpreting financial and operational reports, providing suggestions to identify and solve business problems.
Direct and control financial functions, developing policies and procedures for the required functions
Establish, coordinate and administer a plan for the control of operations including planning of utilities, financial statements, budgets, expenses and standard costs along with programs for capital investment, payment of dividends or royalties, and financing in accordance with the procedures established.
Direct and control the inflow of money including the maintenance of national and international banking agreements; for receipt, possession and distribution of the company's money and maintain the balance of the company's economy.
Obtain from the national banking institutions the funds necessary to cover the working capital, or the planned capital investments.
Direct and control the issuance of financial statements, comparative statements and reports, procedures manuals and all statistical financial information to support the management and the corporate in all the reports they require.
Prepare policies for accounting implementation, determination of standard costs, periodic changes and implementations in accordance with the demands of the government and suppliers, to obtain favorable profits.
Monitor the performance of the company's utility in the short and long term.
- Prepare the Budget for the region.
Responsible for the Five Year Financial Forecast.
Authorize the payments to suppliers in National Currency and in Foreign Currency.
Responsible for the payment of dividends, royalties, transfers and inter-company loans.
Responsible for the timely delivery of all the information required by the Corporate

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
+10 years of experience in similar Jobs, preferably from industrial sector
Metal- Mechanic processes industry
- SAP R/3 (Module FICO)
