Chargé ADV

Job Description

Function as either the primary focal point or the back up between our customers and Eaton.  Primary goal is to maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring we meet our commitments.






Manage multiple customer relationships with small to mid size customers or assisting Sr. CSR’s or CPM’s with large customers.



Process and maintain Orders, Quotes, Return Material, and Contested Invoices.



 Learn, and train others on how to update, and manage customer websites as required.



Track, challenge and report on internal and external key and strategic customer metrics as it relates to delivery and quality.



 Utilize the customer complaint process for all significant customer comments and follow up for resolution.



Know and apply all terms of Long Term Agreements for assigned customers; develop and maintain an executive summary for other team member’s use.  Identify and track issues to be changed during the next negotiation.



Update large quote log for customers.



Process expedites by updating the order fulfillment system with lead-time and collaborating with production planning if a quicker delivery is required on all formal and informal follow up requests.



Perform other tasks/duties as assigned.


Bachelor’s degree in related field or (1) to three (3) years experience in a comparable Customer Service environment.

Comfortable with using the internet and specialized programs and applications

Knowledge of MS office applications, which include Outlook, Word, and Excel graphing.

Excellent Phone Skills

Fluent French and English
