Reporting to the HR Manager, you will serve as a “liaison” in support of HR related tasks and programs deployment, as well as best HR practice sharing.

Senior HR Generalist

Your key deliverables

  • Coordinate Training & Development programs
  • Support deploying and improving an effective communications strategy
  • Develop and execute employment branding strategies
  • Support employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Organize company events such as CSR, coordinate and attend all campus site visits, job fairs, competitions, on- and off-site events
  • Ensure resources by recruiting and selecting high caliber candidates
  • Support organizational development, engagement, change management project
  • Provide advice regarding succession planning, talent development and performance management
  • Ensure legal and audit compliance within the HR area
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports data analysis
  • Participate in HR Administration related activities
  • Participate in meetings that involve a range of issues (e.g. personnel actions, regulatory requirements, actions involving outside agencies, inter-department needs, etc.) for the purpose of developing recommendations and/or supporting other staff
  • Promote Continuous Improvement culture


Are you?




  • Educated at Bachelor degree?
  • Experienced in HR with at least 5 years’ experience in a multinational company? (manufacturing expertise is preferred)
  • Possessing working knowledge of Hungarian employment legislation?
  • A strong communicator, with ability to work with people at multiple levels?
    Knowledgeable of (HR) principles, policies and (business) concepts?
  • Confident using the MS Office Suite?
  • Fluent in English?



  • Able to operate across, and influence within, a complex matrixes organizational structure?
  • Able to prepare, analyze and interpret HR and operational analyses/reports?
  • Able to think creatively and operationally with strong analytical skills?
