This exciting role is part of Eaton’s Electrical business.

Your essential responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales target for PAN India for Medium Voltage Products (RMU / VCB & MV Switchgear)
  • Responsible for empanelment of our  Medium Voltage Portfolio solution (( RMU / VCB & MV Switchgear) for major Utility organizations, MNC Industries, and consultants)
  • Lead MV switchgear sales team across all regions to achieve MV sales revenue for the business
  • Should define and execute product strategy for MV Business
  • Identify and appoint Franchisee Partners / Integrators (Panel builders) for the identified products.
  • Map & target new customers /projects/expansions in the assigned territory.
  • Effectively pursue, make proposals and close sales in close coordination with Business Development Team.
  • Get Approvals from End Users, Consultants and utilities.
  • Provide technical support to sales colleagues and partners / customers on products and applications.
  • Maintain updated intelligence on competitors, pricing, products and channel developments.
  • Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with business development team and successfully negotiate project sales.
  • Possess Strong technical knowledge on RMU & VCB products and work closely with the design and mfg. optimization

Additional Information:

  • The candidate is required to establish the MV products portfolio of Eaton in the country.
  • The candidate should have strong technical knowhow on the Medium voltage systems, applicable standards, market dynamics as well as the customer buying processes.
  • The candidate is expected to travel extensively and establish strong partners for MV systems in key geographies and customer segments.


If you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
  • Requires high product and application knowledge for MV switchgear additional knowledge of LV systems is desirable
  • Requires solid negotiation skills and market intelligence.
  • Minimum of 12 – 19 years field sales experience for Medium voltage switchgear is recommended. Therein experience of appointing and developing Franchisee partners for and MV products
  • Minimum 5 years of Team handling experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
