Eaton’s Aerospace Division is currently seeking an Aerospace Account Manager to join our team. This position is based out of Seattle, WA from either our sales office, or a remote home office within 50 miles of Seattle, WA. The Aerospace Account Manager manages Eaton Aerospace Group (EAG) business at one of the key/major accounts, including the supervision of all activities on existing businesses and the lead role to growth EAG business at the account. The Account Manager works across all divisions and functions.

You will proactively monitor the overall “Eaton Health” at the account across all customer sites and Eaton sites; it includes the management of Customer Scorecard and Go-To-Green plan.
You will understand and prioritize issues affecting the business relationship and provide timely resolution.
You will act as the “Voice of the Customer” for all business aspects, including Customer Needs and Wants (CNW) and will have deep understanding of the customer strategic direction, challenges, threats and opportunities.
You will develop and lead a customer growth strategy and will be accountable for sales growth at the account (direct, indirect (Tier 1) and aftermarket sales).
You will support the deployment of the applicable parts of the Eaton Strategic Plan at the account, including activity related to technology road map alignment, business development.
You will develop and manage key relationships at customer executive levels.
You will own the customer relationship map and manages an executive contact plan.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a commercial customer facing sales role
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an aerospace commercial role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
