SEO Marketing Analyst will be responsible for supporting global marketing teams with analysis, recommendation, review and implementation of  search engine optimization strategies, including conducting keyword research, developing process and advising of best practices. He/she will work closely with the teams that drive content for the website.. He/she will test and implement various search engine marketing techniques, including web page layout testing, to help drive organic and paid traffic to


The candidate should have the ability to effectively use analytics data, such as web analytics, to develop recommendations and have the skill to act on those recommendations. It is critical that the candidate be able to help the business manage and measure the success of SEO campaigns, including preparing reports, performing site audits, compiling best practices documentation and supporting the business content owners with SEO guidance.


The candidate must be a strong communicator and will have to provide regular status updates, communicate plans, suggest optimizations, results and other updates to global marketing teams. Ability to provide consultation and guidance on the SEO best practices is a must.


Should have expertise & hands-on experience in:

- SEO tools, i.e. BrightEdge, SEMrush

- Google Search Console

- Exposure to Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics

- Adobe Experience Manager knowledge would be a plus


Your essential responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include monitoring industry changes, managing and refining SEO strategies, and executing optimization tactics


  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations. Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.


  • Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting


  • Collaborate with analytics leaders and business teams to understand SEO-related business objectives and implement them


  • Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors


  • Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid to stay within search engine guidelines


  • Developing SEO guidelines 


  • Run monthly technical audits on company website. Work closely with analytics functional leaders and IT team to implement optimizations.


  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments


  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels


  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics and keyword tools


  • Identify new content opportunities for based on keyword research, competitive activity and industry analysis


If you are/have:

  • 5-7 years of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Passion for SEO and internet marketing- Strong analytical skills and understanding of search algorithms

  • A problem solver, always searching for the best solution and detailed oriented

  • Good understanding of online customer behavior is a must

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • High levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation

  • Good command over written and spoken English language

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects
