To act as the organizational Area manager responsible for meeting the goals and objectives for the designated area of Kuwait. Managing the local sales team in Kuwait, and working closely with existing channels, developing new channels and helping promote Eaton brand name across different segments.
Your main duties:
• Responsible to meet and exceed assigned sales targets to meet organizational strategic objectives
• Support our existing channels to grow business in the designated region
• Call on specifiers regularly to promote specification of Eaton brand name in projects
• Call on Panel Builders, End Users, Consultants, Distributors, Sub-distributors and contractors in order to generate demand, train and offer customer service.
• Collect and report market data on competition products and pricing and market threats to business
• Provide quotation, order entry, order management, customer service support to channel partners
• Liaise with marketing/ product line to ensure that products are launched and promoted effectively
• Manage and train Eaton local sales team and provided leadership and support on day to day basis

• Deal with finance, legal and HR where necessary
• Run Kuwait local office
• Manage pipeline and forecasting for the country
• Liaise with CS & SCM of DDC in Dubai
• Responsible for achieving / exceeding $20m per annum destination sales

Qualifications

What we are looking for:
Required:
• Should be an Electrical engineering graduate with minimum 10 years ME experience with a reputed panel builder, Distributor or a similar role with a Switchgear system manufacturer
• Good presentation skills, strong technical knowledge of LV/MV Switchgear, especially ACBs ,MCCBs, MCBs Boards, Industrial Control components.
• Knowledge of spoken Arabic is an added asset
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Kuwait Driving License is a must
• Sound knowledge of Middle East markets especially Kuwait and channels including techno-commercial info on competition products would be an added advantage
• Should have management skills and ability to provide coaching and support to his team on daily basis
• Experience and sound knowledge in similar positions in the sales and marketing departments of MNCs
