For our Eaton plant in Germany located in Gilching we are looking for:
HR Manager - (m/f)
The production plant with over 80 employees is part of Eaton aerospace group - fluid & electrical distribution division.
Counsels leaders on dealing with employee relations and employee performance issues.
Manages the recruiting process.
Functions as a business partner with management to plan and implement programs to meet human resource requirements support short-term and long-term business needs.
Manages the administration of human resource policies, programs and practices throughout the site.
Implements progressive HR solutions supporting site objectives.
Guides or conducts employee training and development programs.
Develops succession planning in cooperation with the site and functional leaders.
Manages performing process.
Acts as a member of the site leadership team.
University degree or equivalent
Working knowledge of German employment and labour law
Experience in working with the workers council
Min. of 5-7 years as HR generalist in a production environment (in a matrix organization preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Fluent in German (native speaker level) and English
