·   完成山特在海外地区销售目标,确保销售业绩的稳定增长。

Achieve sales target in profit plan, to meet sales growth in target country of Santak oversea business.

·   建立和维护山特品牌在海外市场的影响力,提升山特在海外市场品牌美誉度。

Bulid and enhance the influence of Santak brand in target country.

·   推动和落实各种销售促销及市场推广活动地有效执行,对渠道或用户进行各类培训、开展交流活动,提升海外渠道专业度、竞争力,吸引客户选用,从而实现扩大销售的目标。

Plan, coordinate and implement sales and market promotion activities effectively, provide various of trainings and seminars to channel distributors and end users with replated function supporting team to build STK brand and customer awareness in the targeted customers and optimize sales volume.

·   搜集市场信息、客户及竞争者之相关资料,分析产业趋势、主要竞争者动态(含策略变化)等市场信息,并制定应对策略及落实执行。

Collect infromation of market and customers and competitors, analyze industry trend and know competitors including marketing strategy to plan and implement corresponding countermeasures.

·   定期现场拜访和远程拜访(电话、微信等通讯方式)关键渠道、关键客户;招募渠道以推动海外国代建构分销网络,以扩大山特在海外对应国家的市占率。

Visit critical distributors and customers on-site or by phone and wechat regularly. Recruit country distributors to bulid distribution networks and expand market share of Santak oversea.

·   协助渠道开发行业客户,挖掘并参与赢得大单项目,以提升销售业绩。

Assist distributors to develope MOEM or segment customers, dig and coordinate and achieve big order to improve sales performance.

·   推动海外渠道建立FCST销售业绩预测机制,确保预测的准确性。

Drive distributors to bulid FCST sales performace forecasting mechanism and make sure the accuracy.

·   上级交付的其他任务
Other tasks assigend by line manager.



·  Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic, Computer, Engineering, Marketing or related field

·  4 years above channel management and 2 years sales projects management experiences in related industry, oversea sales experiences is preferred

·  Good understanding products of UPS industry or IT industry

·  Excellent interpersonal communication (written, verbal and presentation) and negotiation skills required, in addition to the ability to influence others to achieve results.

·  Strong problem solving capabilities and the capacity to deal with multiple cultures and their respective requirements.

·  Must be effective working in a matrix organization and coping with numerous tasks and priorities

·  Mandarin and English language skills desirable
