Eaton’s Electrical facility is currently seeking a Returns Specialist to join our team in Highland, Illinois
Meet the existing matrix for day to day review and approval of return material requests and credits to better service Eaton customers. Review RMA requests to verify Eaton terms and conditions policy in regards to return material is met. Approve or reject requests out of scope. Evaluate the current RMA process looking for process improvements and ways to continually streamline the day to day responsibilities within the RMA scope. Supervision, performance review, and development of the commercial returns team.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 3 years in commercial returns and/or warranty claims
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
Minimum 1 year Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-look-ups, formulas, etc.)
No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Highland, IL to be considered.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Strong analytical ability, verbal and written communications skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin., Marketing, or Finance
