This exciting role is part of Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (GSC CoE) within P2P function.

Your essential responsibilities:


This position will be based in Pune and will be in Global Shared service center of Supply Chain Management function. The principle role of the this position is to support Electrical Business in US region in the tactical procurement activities. This includes understanding materials purchased, negotiations with suppliers and the ongoing management of supplier relationships. This is a single site role with assignment to remote plant location. This position require the incumbent to work in US shifts ( 3PM- 12AM)

• PO creation and timely PO acknowledgement from suppliers;
• Manage open POs through confirmations for deliveries and updating it in ERP;
• Meeting the SLAs as defined;
• Creating and timely upgrading the SOPs and other related documents;
• Timely resolution of ‘On Hold’ invoices for the various sites;
• Day to day communication with various stakeholders like Site Buyers, Suppliers on the timely actions and resolutions.
• Working Knowledge of ERP;
• Negotiation skills
• Should have hands on experience of Part Rationalization, Standardization;
• Sound knowledge of End to End P2P cycle.
• Reduction of lead time with top spend sku’s
• Inventory Reduction - Target Vs PP
• PFG Put away Issue
• Co-ordination with sales in creating deliveries to customer/ changes sales order ETA per LT
• Monitor Supplier OTD


If you are having,

Basic Requirements:

Education level required Masters with 1-2 years / Bachelors with 2-3 years of experience in SCM processes;
Years and area of experience required Supply Planning
Technical knowledge SAP
Soft skills Effective Verbal and Written Communication
