As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Quality processes of the organization and deploying the Strategic Quality plan at the operational level in conjunction with the Division Quality Assurance Manager. You will facilitate continuous production of products consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements, while providing overall quality leadership to the organization and third parties.


Your key deliverables:

  • Provide leadership in achieving plant quality objectives with adequate planning, organizing, integrating, measurement and analysis of plant quality performance.
  • Manage the company Quality system and co-ordinate with other departments according to company SOPs and guidelines.
  • Lead cross-functional team do internal audit, process audit and Management review.
  • Conduct effective quality meetings within functional departments. Monitor and follow up C/P actions Work closely with others in Operation, Logistic, and Sourcing to ensure the Orders are completed according to quality standard.
  • Investigate customer complaints, identify corrective actions at technical aspects and work with suppliers and sales team to implement.
  • Manage Quality control and testing for Switchgear Factory. Ensure all punch points are close in timely manner.
  • As the plant quality functional leader, coordinate plant resources to fully deploy EQS (Eaton Quality System)
  • Set up and deploy international Quality Management System (such as ISO 9001). Lead 3rd party certificate process.
  • Leads improvement teams in the development and evaluation of process capability, process control plans, analysis of out of control conditions and process audits.
  • Manage and coordinate supplier claims and Quality recall campaign.

    Qualifications

    Are you?

    Required:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, technical or other related discipline.
      • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Middle East in a full-time position in Quality management in a manufacturing environment
      • A demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance and quality control, approaches & tools, including strategic planning and project management.
      • Experience in Switchgear manufacturing environment is a plus
      • Has knowledge on Project Management, Quality Management System standards (i.e. ISO 9000, etc).
      • CQA certification is a plus, ISO certified auditor licensure is a must
      • Advanced skills in team leading, goal setting, financial forecasting and budgeting, training, cost reduction, policy administration, and achieving results.
      • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to influence and impact while being a good team player.
      • Proactive, possessing initiative, driven with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
