HR Administrator – Hungary (1 year fixed-term)

We established Eaton’s EMEA Business Service Center in 2015 where more than 650 people are working on what matters. Our mission is to provide high value services to support internal and external customers across Eaton’s Electrical, Hydraulics, and Corporate functions in EMEA.


You will have a key role within the local HR Team in the Budapest Business Service Center being responsible and accountable to perform the administration activities for daily operations of HR. You will be part of the HR Generalist team that supports the local site in Budapest.



  • Talent Management
    • Supporting the HR Generalists in training programs, organizing, scheduling and monitoring training sessions, supporting applications process
    • Managing the admin background of employee recognition program
  • Payroll & Legal
    • Managing the on-boarding: responsible for joining administration, performing on the HR session, holding presentation
    • Supporting the payroll processes (home travel, cafeteria, sick leave, timesheet administration)
    • Quality checking employment contracts & modifications
    • Maintaining employee files and folders (scanning & filing documents)
    • Supporting the HR Controller, Generalists, HR Business Partner with HR related projects
    • Handling employee queries on the phone, via email and during HR open hours
    • Cooperating with vendors & suppliers
    • Creating Ad-hoc reports as per requests
    • Providing general assistance to the local HR Team
    • Managing the exit process: exit interview scheduling, payroll management, exit communications




  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Min. 0,5 year experience in HR administration
  • Advanced PC / Technical Skills and Independent user of Microsoft Office
  • Products including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills and fluent in Hungarian
  • Knowledge and understanding of human resources management, employment law and administration
  • Interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving attitude
  • Organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
