Eaton’s Manufacturing facility is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Moon Township, PA.

Relocation assistance will be provided.

Position Overview:

The Sr Analyst – Transfer Pricing position assists the Manager – Transfer Pricing – with managing the global tax transfer pricing to include: (i) intercompany price setting and arm’s length testing ; (ii) financial system data analysis and design; (iii) implementation of Transfer Pricing changes focusing on data integrity and overall data reliability.

In this function you will:

  • responsible for financial analysis and implementation of IC pricing decisions to reduce the Electrical Sector’s tax exposure.  This will include end-to-end market analysis of Electrical Sector product lines in each of our international and domestic markets to help facilitate tax and operational strategies.

  • be the liaison between regional business leaders in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas to drive strategic tax decisions. 

  • own the global Transfer Pricing Profit Plan process to implement changes across our businesses.

  • be consulted on pricing decisions for new product offerings, strategic operational changes and moves, international audits, solving cross-business disputes, and AD Hoc leadership requests.

  • train international controller communities on Transfer Pricing processes and strategies acting as a subject matter expert.

be responsible for assisting with each aspect of Transfer Pricing calendar - compliance, forecasting and planning, audit support, and global functional training


Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of accounting/finance experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from accredited institution preferred
  • ERP and Computer Skills.
Position Criteria:
  • Design and creation of enhanced and system driven financial analysis and processes to ensure data integrity supporting compliance with US and foreign tax laws and regulations.

  • Creating financial reporting necessary for transfer pricing analysis.  Must have broad experience in various financial reporting systems or the ability to learn new systems in order to extract data.  Specifically: Oracle, HFM, SAP, and Khalix/Longview Reporting. 

  • Own the Electrical Sector Transfer Pricing Master File as well as the the annual Transfer Pricing profit plan process.

  • Build strategic partnerships and networks within the international finance community.  Understanding each business unit and providing key insights to make business and compliance run smoother in our operations.  Being viewed as a key contributor to making decisions in our markets.

  • Working alongside the corporate tax team to drive strategy and reduce Eaton’s overall tax exposure, while also providing insight into operational workings.  Helping to reduce both the burden on our operations teams in compliance and the overall exposure to tax issues. 

  • Building key international relationships with business leaders in Europe, APAC, North and South/Central America to understand and improve business in those regions.

  • Leading initiatives for automation and process improvements to increase the efficiency of our tax/compliance processes.
