As Change Management Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and leading all change management initiatives relating to product change management processes

Your key deliverables:

  • Work on BOM configuration on the ERP system and take an active role in relevant change management steps
  • Taking an active role in standard and activity-based cost calculations
  • Working in alliance with project teams in new product initiation/introduction & commissioning


Are you?

  • Minimum Bachelor’s level degree in relevant disciplines such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering
  • Experienced in product lifecycle management
  • Ideally experienced in configuration management activities, material specifications, sheet metal processing, machining, coating, pressing, welding, injection and assembly processes
  • Ideally has relevant know-how relating to Medium Voltage Switchgear products
  • Has at least mid-level experience working with Uyumsoft and/or SAP systems
  • Proven abilities in problem solving with a results-oriented attitude
  • Strong in time management, team work, cross functional communication, project management, analytical thinking and presentation skills
  • High affinity towards keeping up-to-date on new technological developments and customer expectations with an innovative mindset
