Job Description:


The Sales Manager will serve as a key member of the Beer/Juice/Food Sales Team and will be responsible for the sales of our filtration products and applications in the Food & Beverages market segment in the EMEA region with focus on distribution channel management.
This is a critical position for a sales professional with experience in the Beer/Juice/Food industry





  • Work, in close collaboration with the Sales Manager F&B to define and roll out the strategy, for Distribution channels

  • This includes but is not limited to pricing structure, rebates, route to Market, distribution partner positioning etc.

  • Define and clearly communicate the needs, commercial, technical and logistical, in close collaboration with the distribution partners.

  • Frequent joined visits with our distribution partners to their customer base, to support them in market.

  • Set up Trainings, conferences to promote the Eaton Brand

  • Ensure internally that distribution partner is getting served so that Eaton becomes their logical source.

  • Communicate internally the market trends, competitive and competitor situation

  • To achieve this, we envision a travel frequency of 75% 


We would like you to know:


  • Technical degree in Food - and/or Beverage technology or relevant experience in food- and beverage technology/ filtration

  • Strong sales experience in B2B business

  • Ability to work self-dependent and autonomous in the day-to-day activity with a “hands on” style

  • Strong customer and service orientation

  • Business acumen and ability to influence decision making of key stakeholders

  • Proven excellent communication and negotiation capabilities as well as presentation skills

  • Good command of MS Office and experience in the use of ERP software

  • Very good command of Business English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus

  • Willingness to travel frequently
