Eaton’s Corporate division is currently seeking a SAP PTP Supervisor to join our team. This position is based at our Querétaro Office.
The SAP PTP Supervisor is responsible for the Supplier Process (Accounts Payable, Travel & Entertainment, and Purchasing Card) in a shared services environment that processes 300K in invoices annually. Invoice volume will grow as other Eaton Latin America business units are integrated into the shared service center. This position is responsible for managing a team of employees in Queretaro, Mexico, performing mail room, data entry, disbursments and hold resolution functions, while fostering process improvements and continuous learning. This position is also responsible for managing key production metrics and activities associated with quality audits.

Some activities related with the position will be:
Manages Professional and non-Professional staff, in all subgroups of Invoice Processing (i.e. Mail Room, Data Entry, and Hold Resolution Group), Vendor Master and Disbursments by creating goals, mentoring, coaching and providing opportunities to enhance current skill sets in order to foster/empower an innovative team environment.
Plans and oversees daily production activities by facilitating continuous process improvements and knowledge sharing/transfer of direct reports in order to drive standardization of processes.
Manages metrics to meet goals by ensuring direct reports job functions and activities are performed efficiently in order to support the rapid integration of acquisitions and facilitate divestitures, and reorganizations.
Provides customer support and resolution to issues by metrics monitoring and quality audits in order to assure quality of product to the customer.
Participates on project enhancements as process knowledge expert
Prepares monthly metrics reporting for both senior management and the process team in order to identify areas where progress is being made or opportunities for improvement.
Reviews and approves any necessary changes to the monthly/quarterly SOX Invoice Processing documentation.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
5 - 7 years accounting or finance experience, AP systems and processes
Knowledge of Accounts Payable systems and processes.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Shared service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English-Spanish required.
Customer focused with an attitude and ability to define and meet customer expectations.
SAP/Oracle Financial or equivalent Financial Systems experience.
Prior supervisory experience managing, coaching, and developing needs of non-Professional staff.
Some knowledge of lean tools such as 8-D analysis, Pareto Charts, and Business Process Improvements (BPI).
