Eaton’s Aerospace Group is seeking a Finance Co-Op in our Grand Rapids, MI location.
The Global Credit and Collections Center located in Grand Rapids MI has an exciting opportunity for an Eaton Intern Program (Finance) participant. This person will report directly to the Global Credit and Collections Manager and will be engaged with the Credit and Collections Representatives, Customers, Site Sales Teams, Contracts, and the Aerospace leadership team. This experience will give the Intern appreciation and experience working in a corporate environment with heavy focus on Days Sales Outstanding.
- Support Customer Tax Exempt Status Project
Serve as a business partner to Credit and Collections reps.
Assist in standardizing daily reporting and transitioning work instructions to Pune, India.
Work with site Customer Service to correct customer disputes.
Work with Global C&C Manager on ad hoc project analysis as needed
- Support the EMEA team as necessary
- 5S electronic filing system
Co-Op will act as the finance business partner with Global Credit and Collections Team
Co-Op will gain functional knowledge working with a major ERP’s (Oracle)
Co-Op will learn transferable finance experience in credit policy, customer, contracts, plant, Continues Improvement, compliance, leadership, and balance sheet
Co-Op will gain exposure to a global finance organization as well as key leaders at the site, division, and group level
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Must be able to work on an on-going basis without requiring company sponsorship

No relocation is available for this role, all applicants must reside within 50 miles of the Grand Rapids, MI manufacturing site
