Industrial Engineer Jr
Eaton’s Vehicles division is currently seeking a Industrial Engineer Jr. to join our team. This position is based at our Reynosa facility.
The Industrial Engineer Jr. is in charge of design, develop, train, deploy and demonstrate the use of industrial and lean engineering standards.

Continuously analyze product lines for cost opportunities in safety, quality, cycle time, and productivity.
Develop plans to execute improvements with developed industrial and lean tools work standards (Industrial Methods, standard work, 5s, material presentation, 8 Types of waste, etc.)
Establish and execute cadence for project reviews (project proposal, plan for execution, execution progress, savings monitoring).
Maintain capacity standards in Oracle and databases. Perform monthly head count analysis.
Administrate industrial engineering work order system.

- Technician Bachelors
Experience on manufacturing process in maquila.
- Computer skills: Microsoft office
Desirable knowledge on Quality Systems (QS9000,TS16949)
Interpersonal skills (Supplier/Customer)
- Stopwatch Knowledge
Basics Knowledge of drawings interpretation.
- 60% English
