Eaton’s Vehicles division is currently seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our team. This position is based at our Reynosa facility.
The Customer Services Representative is responsible for supporting customer orders for customers, international affiliates, distributors, and intra-company demand. Additional responsibilities of the CSR include system order entry, invoices reviews, returns, repairs, delivery schedules and warranty issues. Analyze customer inquiries to determine the appropriate parts, pricing schedules, and shipping methods required to meet customers’ expectations.

System order entry, returns, repairs, delivery schedules and warranty issues
Analyze customer inquiries to determine the appropriate parts, pricing schedules, and shipping methods required to meet the customer's expectations.
Review customer demand information and resolves increases or decreases favorable. Ensure accuracy of demand data (i.e. cum reconciliation). Communicate changes in priorities and pulls promptly.
Takes leadership role as the “Voice of the Customer” as it relates to meeting delivery requirements and customer satisfaction.
Position utilizes knowledge of international shipping regulations, taxes and duties, commercial invoicing, and special government regulations.
Be able to work in a high volume, team-based environment and possess strong organizational skills.
Is responsible for supporting spare parts orders for international affiliates, distributors, technicians and customers.
- Setup new part numbers and transfers.
Review customer’s orders and forecast in SIOP meetings and provides updates weekly on performance.
Provide orders and forecast information to the planners and other departments as required.

Prefer strong background in a call center environment.
Must have excellent data/ order entry skills with high accuracy.
Requires excellent phone and communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Strongly prefer candidates with international shipping and logistics experience.
