Eaton’s Corporate division is currently seeking a Invoice Processing to join our team. This position is based at our Querétaro Office.
The Invoice Processing is responsible for Supplier Process (Accounts Payable- Invoice Preparation) in a fast paced, high volume SSC environment that processes $X Million in invoices annually. The position is responsible for preparing and processing invoices with a high degree of efficiency and quality.

Some activities related with the position will be:
Perform data entry by analyzing each transaction to determine specific customer’s requirements.
Monitors and analyzes volumes by product group (volumes pending entry).
- Reviews and monitors individual workload.
Prepares monthly report-outs for team meetings to measure team performance.
Gathers data for potential process improvements.
Trains team member(s) on primary functions/processes of data entry.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Need Oracle Accounts Payable knowledge.
Experience with 170 Systems - Markview imaging.
Basic data entry skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar.
Good written and oral communication skills, attention to detail. Adaptability to change.
Position Success Criteria :
Cost per invoice.
- Invoices Per Full-Time-Equivalent.
- Quality - Data Entry and/or Mail Room.
Backlogged Invoices – Volumes of invoices pending entry.
First Time Hit Rate - Which is a quality measure of the invoice getting through the cycle on the first pass. Customer Survey and Employee Survey results.
