We are looking forward to a Export Customer Operation- Santak in Eaton’s electrical business, based in Shanghai, China.

The Export Customer Operation is to maintain Santak oversea existing customer and push daily communication things to achieve sales target.

  • Santak export order fulfil, including delivery date, information feedback to customer and other things about order.
  • Santak export internal process build up and connecting, including order process, customer satisfaction process, service process and other related process, communicate with internal department to set up the process
  • Santak export fcst collection and analysis, including data collection, analysis and fcst accuracy control.
  • Santak export marketing activities carry out with internal department and sales, such as Marcom, PM and so on
  • Santak export official website management

Qualifications

If you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic, Computer, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years’ related working experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication (written, verbal and presentation) and negotiation skills required, in addition to the ability to influence others to achieve results.
  • Strong problem solving capabilities and the capacity to deal with multiple cultures and their respective requirements.
  • Must be effective working in a matrix organization and coping with numerous tasks and priorities.
  • Better mandarin and English language skills desirable
