Your essential responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery Enablement & Service Efficiency
  • Overhaul of the Existing SAP &  drive the same in line with the Service requirements.
  • Execute the Mobility App with SAP team  & Training to field team.
  • Review & drive the Operations team across India to meet the SLA & improve the service efficiency.
  • Data Analytics : RT /TAT, Utilization & Productivity of FSE’s ,ISB  ,Failure Rates Analysis along with Service Delivery team and Quality team and ways to improve the same
  • Work with Single phase team on creating excellence with Authorized Service Providers
  • Service Logistics & Audits
  • Ensure all the reverse logistics are tracked brought back in system-( this will be huge saving for the Organization)
  • Regular audit of Process & work on improvement .
  • Work with the SCM team to improve our Spares availability and thus improve the TAT
  • Service Help Desk Operations
  • Monitoring  & Guiding  Help Desk which operates 24/7 and is backbone of our customer service
  • Process improvement and  implementation for our Help Desk
  • Trouble shooting help desk related escalations
  • Service Policies Alignment and Communications
  • Redefine & Set the Policies in line with the market Dynamics
  • Devise communication for roll out for internal team, customers and Authorized service providers
  • Service Automation
  • Identify the service   requirement for automation-CRM by all activity
  • Identify Vendors/ work with global team for Automation-CRM
  • Implement the end tend execution automation in system
  • Define the flowchart for all the activity & document the same
  • Coach the Field team for service automation
  • Service Sales Support
  • Drive Service Sales Program Management
  • Work on New service products in Service business.
  • Installation bases analytics and device methodology to increase our spread
  • Service Policies Alignment and Communications
  • Redefine & Set the Policies in line with the market Dynamics

  • Service Automation
  • Identify the service requirement for automation-CRM by all activity
  • Identify Vendors/ work with global team for Automation-CRM

  • Identify the system improvements as per the market dynamic, work with the CRM team for improvisation time.

Qualifications

If you are:

  • Bachelor in Engg/ MBA would be an advantage
  • 10 to 15 years of experience
  • Knowhow of UPS Solutions and related service operations
  • Communication Skills
