EOEM Sales Manager, South Region

We are looking forward to EOEM Regional Sales Manager, South Region in Eaton, based in Shenzhen or Guangzhou.

Your essential responsibilities:

  • Lead EOEM region South sales team achieve profit plan in CPC. Continue to extend the business and build the strong business scope, develop Eaton business in region South against main international competitor and grow the business in the world class level.

  • Lead the team to build Eaton low voltage component project pipeline, develop key customer/job reference, spec in all industry segments, build the Eaton business footprint in the region.

  • Expand Eaton brand awareness and influence in region South market, enhance Eaton Tier 1 brand position. Build and maintain the good Eaton relationship with the customers and improve the customer satisfactory working the all internal functions together.

  • Build the strong sales team, improve the team’s capability and coach the team with professional sales experience, develop sales productivity in the high level against the main international competitor.


If you are:

  • Technical or Mechanical Degree, preferable in electrical engineering or automation

  • 10 years above experience as a sales engineer in low voltage, automation or relevant products, familiar with major brand electrical components or automation products

  • Electrical technology

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Good PC skills, able to use MS-office and flexible business trip
