Throughout the training cycle, Eaton’s Product Management Leadership Development Program will provide participants with meaningful projects where individual efforts and contributions are critical to our businesses. Qualified participants will receive multiple opportunities for formal training, networking, and coaching in addition to receiving ongoing formal feedback in order to evaluate personal progress and identify development opportunities.
As a participant in the program, you will complete two one-year assignments that will give you hands-on experience. These assignments include working in product management, marketing and/or product line sales management for Eaton’s Industrial Controls and Protection Division (ICPD).
Leadership Exposure: Participants will have a high level of interaction with Eaton Leadership.
You will also be expected to work with other participants in the program on projects outside of your assigned location.
Location for the first year of the programme is Leicestershire, UK. Participants will be required to relocate within Europe and/or change function after their first year assignment.
After completion of the programme, your experience and newly acquired skills could qualify you for roles such as product manager, product line sales manager, product marketing manager or programme manager.
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Engineering or Commercial discipline
· Work or internship experience is a plus (max 3 years of experience)
· Geographically flexible, mobile
· Leadership aptitude and/or demonstrated leadership experience within university or community
· Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Fluent in English; good German language skills would be an advantage
