Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Representative.SLS.Sales Support to join our team. This position is based at our Juarez facility.

The Representative.SLS.Sales Support  is responsible for proactively and effectively manage custom projects/orders which could include Standard Products and Assemblies. Act as a point of contact and coordinator of activities and communications between plants, finances, sales personnel and customers. This position is responsible for the effective process flow of the order from the time we receive a PO to the time the product is delivered to the customer

Some activities related with the position will be:
  • Responsible of entering project orders to Global Vista.

  • Responsible of customer service of project orders (Standard Products and Assemblies included into a project).  This position requires direct contact with customers which must be performed in a very professional manner and trying at the same time to look after both Eaton’s and the customer’s interests.

  • Effectively coordinate internal Eaton departments to be able to take each project order to a successful result with our customers.

  • Review each order to make sure all the information needed to follow the process is in place and complete.  Make sure that each project meets our “clean order process”.

  • Follow up milestones for each project order.  Initiate expedite process in case an order gets delayed.

  • Communicate with sales personnel and customers to make sure drawings are sent for approval (if required) and to make sure customers approve drawings in the established time-frame.

  • Proactively communicate the status of each project order.  This includes but is not limited to the following:

    • Approval drawings

    • Document Control Process

    • Production schedules

    • Shipping promise dates

    • Order changes

    • Inspection protocols

  • Maintain the financial integrity of project orders through price reconciliation, credit/financial information, invoicing, etc.

  • Create and release “Packing List” needed for project order invoicing.

  • Meet any other activity assigned by your supervisor or special requirements of the company.

  • Active participation in continues improvements programs and committees.

  • Comply the Eaton Business System (EBS), in foundations, Planning, Growth, Functional Excellence, Assessment and Learning, mainly in the Eaton Business Excellence (EBE); ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 and its tools (such as: Eaton Quality System (EQS), Eaton Lean System and Six Sigma-ELS, HR Operating Review and Employee Survey.

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English-Spanish required (90%).

  • Deep knowledge  Electrical Control and Distribution Products and Services

  • Knowledge in medium and low voltage board

  • PC Proficiency including knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, AutoCad and Outlook

  • Attentive to details, and focus on customer satisfaction

  • Working knowledge of test equipment and diagnostic instruments
