As Country Leader you will lead, manage and direct the sales activities for the Eaton Electrical Sector's Sales Operation in Austria providing business and operational leadership to the sales team and associated support functions. You will act as an inspirational leader to employees and as an ambassador for Eaton externally. You will have as prime responsibility to ensure that Eaton meets the agreed budget targets for sales growth and cost in Austria whilst applying Eaton standard work practices.

Your key responsibilities:
  • You are responsible for Revenue, Cost and for all sales activities such as strategic business development and implementation 
  • You are setting out strategic direction in collaboration with the Management Team
  • You are maintaining and building relations with important market players and key customers
  • You analyse, report, evaluate and develop KPI’s aligned with the budget as well as strategic plan for short, mid and long-term adjustments 
  • You provide operational leadership to the Country Sales Organization
  • You act as a role model in line with Eaton ethical standards of conduct
  • You work in cooperation with other Business Units and Eaton departments


Your Profile:
  • Minimum Bachelors University Degree, preferably business related, or equivalent gained through experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Management ideally on the Austrian market
  • Experienced Leader of People, with proven track record of managing teams
  • Ability to influence decision making of key stakeholders
  • Intercultural awareness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills– able to represent Eaton in high level negotiations
  • Proficiency in German and English language
  • Strategic thinker 
  • Drive results and lead by example 
  • Ability to develop an agile and performing sales organization
