The position has the responsibility for leading the design and installation of the tester for eMobility product, for prototype, mass production and quality lab needs.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design testers for new products during new program launching phase.
  • Study and analysis testing requirement for different products and customers.
  • Work with local or oversea venders to build the tester, and install the tester for production line in APAC.
  • Coach and train test technician in the plant for daily maintenance and problem solving.
  • Work with global team to exchange the knowledge and support the global new program launch if needed.
  • Design and install the testers for quality lab.
  • Make the working instructions for testing process, training the operator or other team members on how to use the tester.
  • Support problem solving by testing process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Have minimum two years of experience as Test engineer in the design and manufacturing of electronics product.

  • Have project management knowledge and experience.

  • Have working knowledge of test process and manufacturing environment.

  • Experience with functional test, automated test system (ATS) and fixture.

  • Experience working with test equipment (Power Supply, DC/AC load, DMM, Osc, Frequency Generator, Data Acquisition, etc) .

  • Experience developing and/or sustaining test programs and scripts for ATS ( Chroma, LabView, TestStand, Visual Basic, Python, Perl, etc).

  • Experience with creating maintenance procedure, test procedure, standard work procedure, test plan.

  • Familiarity with AOI, Flying probe, X-ray, ICT a value plus.

  • Familiarity with power conversion principles a value plus.

  • Familiarity with electrical safety hazards a value plus.
