We are looking forward to a Costing Analyst in Eaton’s electrical business, based in Dongguan, China.

This exciting role is capital spending/expense control and internal control.
 
  • Capital spending: Fixed assets/CIP tracking and coordination, fixed asset closing, coordinate with operation team to forecast capex spending, track capex spending monthly to make sure actual spending not over budget, post audit of capital spending
  • Expense control: Develop expense models to prepare expense annual budget 、rolling forecast; review and analysis actual monthly expense with PP and year over year , expense saving validation, labor efficiency analysis
  • Internal control: Follow internal control plan to do internal audit for capital spending and expense
  • GFSS communication: Monthly meeting and support to share service center
  • Any other tasks assigned by finance controller


Qualifications

If you are:
  • Bachelor or college degree, major in finance/accounting or related field
  • CMA or the equivalent highly preferred
  • Requires at least 5 years of cost management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Good time management skills, experience in working to tight deadlines
  • Good oral and written English
  • Strong analytical skills, high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • SAP or K3 experience strongly preferred.
