Eaton’s Truck Division division is currently seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technical to join our team. This position is based at our San Luis Potosi Facility
The Sr. Maintenance Technical is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and continuously improving plant equipment to enable high uptime. Work with engineering and other plant functions to implement safety, quality, efficiency and capital projects.

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all equipment malfunctions
Weld/fabricate fixtures or repairs as needed.
Comprehend electric/electronic schematics, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical blueprints to rebuild/repair equipment.
Performs preventative and predictive maintenance as required.
Assists in maintaining an atmosphere of continuous improvement and team efforts for accomplishing department and plant goals.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair robot and controls
Ability to understand and troubleshoot PLC/CNC and drive systems
Assists in training new employees.
Maintains work area housekeeping and assist in department/team housekeeping efforts.
Trains and continually updates skills to adapt to new machinery, technology and processes
Working knowledge of Maximo asset management software is a plus.
Must have professional conduct and good communication skills.
Experience with Siemens/Fanuc/Mitsubishi PLC/CNC systems; Allen Bradley PLC a plus
Experience with AutoCAD a plus

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
3 years experience in maintenance
- Measurement and test equipment
All machining processes
Blueprint reading including geometrical tolerance.
Technical experience in Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Mechanical, principles, procedures, and know how.
Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis, problem solving methods would be a plus
Proactive & results driven

English – language would be a plus capability.
