We are looking forward to Business Development Lead (Individual Contributor role) in Eaton’s Power Distribution, electrical business, based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

This primary function of this role is to manage all Power Distribution sales efforts within the country either direct or through partners; achieve annual sales and growth targets. 

  

Your essential responsibilities: 

  • Develop business opportunities to achieve Power Distribution sales target by being responsible for monthly and quarterly sales target and margin control    
  • Establish circuit breaker (Vcb, Acb, MCCB, and Mcb) and PDA businesses in Vietnam, with focus on the panel builder business and commercial and industrial projects
  • Introduce competitive power distribution products to Vietnam market
  • Analyse the Vietnam power distribution business and be able to launch new products in Vietnam market
  • Conduct market price analysis and competitor product analysis
  • Strong relationship with Distributors and key partners in Southern territory of Vietnam    


Qualifications

If you are:  

  • 7-10 years working experience in power distribution related business, breaker sales (VCB, MCCB, MCB) background preferred

  • Technical expertise of power distribution products

  • Experiences in working with panel builder, electrical consultant, and contractor are mandatory

  • Able to do distributor management for sales target meeting and stock planning

  • Able to establish sales channels/distributors

  • Basic English language communication skills in writing

  • Preferably to be based in Ho Chi Minh City
